My family enjoyed our two-night stay, especially the lovely pet-free room with great views and super comfy beds! The kids had a blast splashing in the indoor pool and hanging out in the leisure room on the eighth floor. Just a heads-up, there were a few little bugs in the bathroom, but it didn't take away from our overall experience 😄

The room was very comfortable. The best thing was the shuttle back and forth from the nearby mall--just called and the friendly shuttle driver was there to pick me up. It was a great way to spend an extra couple hours.

I did not like that a continental breakfast was not included supposedly since I had booked on line. In the future, I will not use this online booking if it means that I cannot use my AAA discount nor get continental breakfast. The price was not that great to make the loss of these benefits worth while.

41 de booking site gave us a different price when we arrived at the hotel it was $30 more the lady at the desk was very rude when I asked if I could pay cash she said no only credit card it was very embarrassing cause she was not quite about it all I had was a debit card and then she said it will be another 30 dollars cause it was a debit card I feel like I wasn't good enough to stay at that hotel

Recommend it for families with children

The pool area was fantastic, maybe a bit wild, but my kids loved it! The staff was super accommodating, offering late check-out so we could max out our fun before heading home.

It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable.

We paid for two rooms. We arrived one day earlier than our son. When he arrived and was supposed to have the adjoining room he was told that the cleaning people did not show up that day and there was not any room for him until after four. That was OK however after four they informed him we are not cleaning that room you need to take another room. They put two children, one deaf child, and our son on the 7 th floor making us useless as help. The desk agent was rude and angry they wanted the adjoining room, which we had already paid. We were there for a funeral and were upset enough without your hotel adding to the problem. You need to figure out who was working the desk.

Comfortable bed. Had upgraded room, so lots of space. Food was expensive, but delicious!

Reserved a deluxe suite. Very spacious, but no fridge or microwave in room. Called front desk and they had a fridge wheeled up, but no microwave. Not sure why a deluxe room wouldn't have these things already. We couldn't warm up anything we brought to store in fridge... pretty pointless!

The king room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Plus, it was conveniently located close to green bay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms needed updating. Should have had free breakfast for price for all guests in room. No TP in lobby bathroom even after requested.

I paid in cash when I checked out and when I returned home found that my debit card had been charged as well. I was told, after i asked to verify numerous times that my card would not be charged.

Pool area was warm and the pool and whirlpool appeared to be clean. Very nice exercise room. Liked complimentary coffee in library that I found on way to pool. Internet connection was strong and consistent. Desk clerk kept me away from wedding party rooms and her foresight was appreciated. Very quiet stay despite an ice storm and at least 75% rooms filled.

Room is showing its age and should be rehabbed. Metal places showing some rust, there are dark splotches on bathroom caulking and brass knobs are worn and scratched. Wish that they at least had a refrigerator in the room. Would have liked a small microwave but can understand that some people could add too much dirt if used.

Very comfortable room! The pool was warm and clean and the breakfast was also very good!

Poorly insulated rooms. Could hear the people in the room over and heard people in the hallway at 6 AM

I found the hotel's courtyard deck charming, perfect for sipping tea on a sunny afternoon while soaking in the lovely surroundings. The spacious areas made it easy for me to navigate without worry.

More non-slip mats in the bathroom please.

24 hour pool

There was no fridge in the room, that was weird. There is no balcony. Both these were expected and it was annoying w/o them. Especially not having a fridge. There was also an unbelievable amount of children there. It ruined most of the stay. I wish I could have been informed.

We liked the lounge as you could come from whatever you were doing and relax without having to drive somewhere to have a cocktail or a bit to eat.
